London wordsmith Klumzy Tung is known for producing a mix of non-conventional freestyle, songwriting and live performance which has taken him all over the UK and Europe. Mainly regarded as a Hip Hop artist, as one half of 'The GobFathers' alongside Beardyman, learned to play guitar and most recently penned and composed his forthcoming, acoustic debut solo album 'Happy Accidents'.
His eclectic style has made it near impossible to pigeonhole him as an artist and his success can be attributed to the combination of his (humble) unique humour and commentary on his socio-economic surroundings.
He has gained a worldwide cult following for such classics as 'Little England' alongside Beardyman. The single 'Headscrews' with Mr.Dero featured in Bafta award winning TV show 'Skins'. And he also starred in E4's hidden camera series 'Web Heroes', posing as a spoof beatbox and freestyle traffic warden. In 2009 and 2010 he performed at the 'E4 Udderbelly Comedy Festival' on the South Bank, Bristol Old Vic Theatre and at Edinburgh Comedy Festival as part of audience suggested comedy freestyle shows, sharing the stage with Beardyman, Stig of the Dump, Dr Syntax, Dizraeli, Leen, DJ JFB & Mr.Hopkinson.
Other highlights include becoming the first MC to freestyle in The House of Commons. Co-Presenting 'The Freestyle Show' on Sky TV. Co-hosting 'Hosted by' on Austrian music TV channel 'GOTV'. He has freestyled on numerous radio stations including Kerrang Radio, Absolute Radio and FM4 (Austria). Performing at Beach Break Live 2011 (Wales), Carnival Party (Croatia), Spring 11, Four Elements Hip Hop Fest, Afterstash & Red Bull Brandwaggon (all in Austria) as well as becoming resident at ButterBar (Graz) & Battlejam (Brighton & London).
previous shows in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and UK and touring with More Like Trees over the festival season.
